D & R's Family RV

I talked to these guys 3 times over the past month for 4 AGM high capacity swap from our golf cart size batteries in our motorhome, simple... called a couple of days before we came in to confirm that everything was setup. We were told to come in the night before between 3:30-4:30 to hook up in their yard and they will start first thing the next day... we arrived at their facility 3:30pm the night before and their facility were closed... made several attempts to get in touch with them, but all I got was voicemail.... mind you their voicemail says their office hours closed at 5pm... what a shame, cause now it was around 4:45pm till I started scrambling looking for a place to hookup, since it is 105 deg in Phoenix and a lot of the campgrounds offices' were not answering their phones for reservation... I did finally got a place to stay. So, its the details or lack of details that these guys get a one star... they were lucky to get that....

I was sceptical, but gave them a try. To say the least, I'm glad I did. Ron and his son work together and are very knoledgeable and reasonable with repairs. They specialize in electrical problems, but are very proficiant with all aspects of RV'S. Being a full timer, they even let me stay in my coach for the few days at there shop while it was being fixed. I would use them again in a instant. Give them a try.
