Employees are rude! I wish I didn't need to utilize their services because I wouldn't come back! Horrible service, horrible all around. Get there at least an hour before they open to get your number or you're looking at a 3+hour wait easily after they open. The wait I can understand, but the rudeness of employees is just not needed.

Hey, they are government employees. I am surprised they can find their way to work every day! They don't have to be competent and they can't be fired!! Complaining does no good because they don't give a damn!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOO A PLACE THAT HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS IN ADVANCE. THEY OPEN LATE AND CLOSE EARLY WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT. I EVEN HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD TO WAIT 45 MIN AFTER THE APPT TIME BECAUSE THE PERSON WAS RUNNING LATE. I WHEN TO APPEAL THE OVER CHARGE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FOR SOMETHING ELSE. THEY CANCEL MY SON'S SSI AND GAVE HIM REGULAR SOCIAL SECURITY AND CANCEL HIS MEDICAL INSURANCE THE PERSON NEVER TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO LOSE IT IT WAS 11-5-13 BY 11-11-13 I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM MEDICAID TELLING ME THEY WERE CANCELING HIS INSURANCE ON 11-30-13 THAT SUCKS AND WRONG THAN YOU TRY THEIR NUMBER TO GET INFO AND IT JUST RINGS MY SON IS HAVING A LOT OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO DO SINCE I AM ON DISABILITY. THIS PLACED SUCKS AND THE PEOPLE THERE SEEM VERY UNHAPPY AND THEY HATE THEIR JOB AND VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL LIKE YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO SPEND IN THEIR OFFICE. I NEVER GOT TO DEAL WITH MY APPEAL AND THEIR DENIED ME A FACE TO FACE MEETING TO SHOW PROOF AND FOR THEM TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I HAVE TO PAY OVERPAYMENT ACCORDLING TO THEM. I AM PISSED TO HIGH HEAVEN.

Please up date all numbers for government agencys. A check should be made every 4 months for accuracy of numbers
