Aladdin Carpet and Floors

After a mediocre experience with Aladdin the last time, we recently decided to go back with them to have hardwood floors installed throughout our upper level. While we were more than satisfied throughout our experience with the installer, Miguel; we were very disappointed to see that the color of the hardwood on our steps didn’t match the hardwood that was previously placed throughout our main level (which Aladdin had also installed). I found that when I called the office to discuss this with Eddie and Majid, they were not nearly as helpful as one would hope for after spending nearly $20,000 in housing projects with this one company. I have dealt with Aladdin many times before and had tremendous experiences when the owners were much more active in the store. While preparing to go to the store to pay the balance due on my account once the project was complete, I also found that the balance due at the end of the project was already debited from my checking account without my authorization for that transaction. Once again, I was frustrated and beyond disappointed with the reaction and lack of a resolution once I called the store directly to discuss this major issue. I am saddened to say that after a very lengthy relationship with Aladdin Carpet and Floors, and many referrals to them, I will not be using them in the future. The installers are wonderful, however I can not support a company that I do not trust.

When we were building our house, we decided that we would have the main bathroom to our taste: large and modern. We wanted top quality accessories. It was our opportunity to have something really good. So we headed to the store ALADDIN CARPET, where we showed bathroom fixtures, cabinets, tiles. And we put together the bathroom of our dreams. The salesman Eddie greeted us and very kindly guided us throughout. In the end, the result was as we were expecting. Best of all is that prices go according to the quality offered. Thanks for the advice and professional work!

In our home we had to change the carpet, but my wife and I decided to give a ''green'' touch. Looking for options, a friend recommended Aladdin Carpet and Floors. We talked about bamboo flooring. It was a big change, especially because we were so accustomed to the carpet, but the advantages of bamboo was more or less what we wanted. When they finished installing it, we loved our new floor. It is beautiful and very elegant. We are confident we have done a very good choice, especially because forests are not being damaged. And besides, the same company, takes charge of recycling the old carpet! A great gesture to our environment. Great company and highly recommended!
