Classy K9 Cuts

Poor customer service. Left my dog, paid and notified them that my sister will be picking him up. When my sister arrived, she was faced by an aggressive behavior by the owner. He yelled at her and kept the dog in the back until he found the receipt. If customer service is poor in the front, how is it in the back where the dogs are?

I would take my business elsewhere if I was you. They obviously need to be taught how to groom and the customer is always wrong here.
