        The gentleman that answers the phone is the person that comes to the house. This is great because I had already done some diagnosis and only had to expalain the problem once. Very affordable. When needed, I will call them again!

        DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was scheduled for a service call the next day between 9- 10. Repairman did not show or call. I called to check the status and was told they would call me right back. Never heard from them. Totally unreliable.
