Chili's Grill & Bar

On the 19th of October, it was supposed to be a special dinner outing for my family, because we were celebrating my sons 8th birthday . I think we waited to long to be seated, and way to long to be served and the service was just rude and wrong for the price that we paid for this treatment I felt I was ripped off, without even as much as an apology. I even called the hotline number and the lady that answered seemed sincere, however, unlike she had mentioned, no one ever called me back to see why my sons 8th birthday was ruined by him crying in the restaurant because he didn't even get to eat the pizza he ordered or even taste the chicken that he had the pleasure to order for the first time in his life.
