Once again Rich and Sarah went above and beyond! The brakes
on my wife's car started grinding on Sunday. I went in to see Rich for an assessment the next day. As we only have one vehicle I was hoping we could avoid renting a car while ours was being repaired. I learned that they had a full day of appointments but when Rich examined the car he said it would not be safe to continue driving it. He then said he would fit me in, order the parts and have the car ready by the end of the day.
True to his word the car was not only ready but they did a full assessment of the entire brake system and the car only needed rear pads.
This is the 3rd time I have gone to Flemings and each time they are straight forward, with accurate assessments, they fix only what needs to be fixed and are very reasonable with their prices.
It is clear that they take pride in their business and that their customers are important to them.
I would highly recommend Flemings Auto for all your auto repair needs!

We agree with the other posters. Been going to Flemings Automotive for about 7 years now and him and his technicians and office staff are as great as he is! They are always most helpful and even spend time on the phone trying to resolve problems first before having to bring your car in for service. How rare is that? They are always very accurate with their estimates, get the work done when quoted, and their prices are exceptionally fair. We cannot more highly recommend Rich and his crew.

Have had our "fleet" of vehicles serviced at Flemings since 1995. They are honest, competent, and straight shooters, The owner, Rich Powell, is a highly qualified tech who runs a good show. Sarah out front keeps an eye on the office and keeps you informed. There is no need to go anywhere but Flemings for any type of vehicle from domestic or import auto, gas or diesel. He even inspects my motorcycles!!!

We've taken our cars here now for over a year. Love the friendly people, they do quick and excellent work, and are considerate of your schedule. They are the most honest auto mechanics we know of! We have done price checks on several occasions, and they have been the cheapest too. Also, usually the final price is a little cheaper than the original quote! Don't have anything bad to say about the place. Oh yeah, and they don't try to take advantage of women either... getting rare in the auto field nowdays. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
