Love the Franklin office! Staff is amazing and super friendly every time I go in. They make you feel really comfortable. Having braces isn't fun, but they make it as enjoyable as they can. Highly recommend this location! :)

Horrible client service, especially the workers at the front desk- they are very unfriendly and often lose temper. Perhaps it is because of their various locations, but don't expect individual and personal care. I've had a horrible experience there and do Not recommend this place.
