I am writing for people who don't want any trouble from the technician they call for a repair for there house hold appliances. I have the worst experience with Alfa Omega, I have faced alot alot of trouble from them already in one month or so, They have unprofessional so called technicians, plus the attitude is unbearable, They have destroyed my LG Washer which i brought 3 years back, it was a very small problem related to the power, they came to change the part which they did, and now when i plug on the washer it gives me a burning smell and smoke comes out from inside of the washer. When contacting back they don't even want to listen to me, even the technician is threatening me with some very bad language.

Please Please stay away from Alfa Omega and also from LG, Because LG also will not listen to you.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR APPLIANCE FIXED...THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...THE OFFICE LADY IS RUDE WITH A POTTY MOUTH. SCOTT WILL TELL YOU ONE THING AND REPORT ANOTHER. WE HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM 8 TIMES IN 2 YEARS. ALL HAS BEEN REPLACED BUT STILL NOT FIXED.

BEWARE...USE ANOTHER OR CALL DIRECT TO THE MANUFACTORY.

Beware!...i was taking for a Ride....they were trying to sell me on everything and putting my installer down. he did a crappy job and forgot to put a piece back on the unit...call factory before you call them...
