Tile and Grout Cleaning
The second process we use for cleaning ceramic tile and grout is exactly the same as the first step mentioned above, but we add in another step, once we pre spray the tile and grout, we clean the grout lines by brushing them with a grout brush that is attached to pole, this is a crucial process if your grout lines are real dirty, this step agitates the grime and sediment on the grout lines so it will all be lifted off when we run the Turbo Force over the tile. Many customers like to have this process done in the kitchen, hallways, etc. where the grout lines are abnormally dirty.
Vacuuming
An oriental rug can be fragile, it just depends on what it is made of, how it is knotted, and what kind of dyes they used in the coloring process, etc. I will be referring to all rugs that are made of wool or silk as oriental, just to keep it simple. These are made of natural fibers, which are more porous, so they easily soak up dirt, dust, allergens, spills, pet accidents, etc. This makes them much harder for the customer to care for, especially if there is a lot of traffic across the rugs. That is why it is crucial to keep up on the weekly maintenance, such as vacuuming, and having them professionally cleaned yearly.
Odor Removal
Pet Stains can sometimes be difficult to remove. There are a lot of factors that come into play when dealing with pet stains, such as, how old the carpet is, how long the pet stain has been on the carpet, what kind of carpet you have, what kind of stain it is, how big the animal is, etc. The most common kind of stains we encounter are urine stains, which we have a few different products we use to eliminate the stain and smell. The most preferred method we use is to spray the urine stain with a product that has a dual combination that eliminates the stain and the odor, this product contains an enzyme to eliminate the urine smell. Usually you can get most stains out, especially urine, feces, etc. the hardest part of dealing with urine is the smell.

We use top-of-the-line, van-mounted steam cleaning equipment, and top-of-the-line cleaning products. We regularly maintain our vans and equipment to give the customer the best cleaning possible. We clean the way the industry standards suggest. We pre-spray the entire carpet, making our own pre-spray by combining two products together. You can buy a pre-made pre-spray, but we found out that just doesn’t work as well as combining the two products together. It takes a little more time to do this, but it does a much better job of cleaning and makes the customer very happy with the end result. The reason for using a pre-spray is to break down the dirt, traffic lanes, dust, allergens, stains, and any other foreign matter that has adhered to the carpet. If you don’t do this step, it will be nearly impossible to get the carpet clean, and more likely than not the stains, traffic lanes, dust
