Overall

This is the worst place ever. if you are looking to get ripped off and deal with rude manager then this is your place. I really mean like the most rude person I ever dealt with. if you want my advice from a previous experience, save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else.



I really don t know where to start, but I will try to make it as short as possible.



it all started when I started to hear a whining sounds comes out when I move the steering wheel on my 1997 Camry, so I took the car for them to change the oil, and I mentioned the annoying voice to them.



they called me 3 hours later informing me that I need to change the power steering pump which will cost around $600, and if I do not do so, I will loose the rack which will cost another $600 (which means that the rack is supposed to be ok at this point). I did not have the cash at that time and I thought I need to fix this before it gets worse, so I borrowed the money and I told them to fix it.



I got the car fixed for a whole month after, then started to hear the same sound again after one month and around 600 miles since it was fixed.



I took the car back to them as it was under warranty, I mentioned to them that the same sound came back, and they said they gonna check it out.



later on the same day they called me to mention that the rack is leaking and the fluids is going down to the pump so I need to fix the rack!!! which it was suppose to be saved with the first fix.



I felt bad, I went to pick up my car because I can not afford ~$600 (which was discounted to ~ $490).



any way, at check out, the guy in the cashier said that I would have to pay $96 for diagnosis.



I told him that I did not bring my car for diagnosis, but I brought here to follow up on a problem that you have fixed.



he called the manager who was very very very rude.



I went in an argument with the manager and he literally told me I do not wanna argue with you, I have things that are more important than you, sorry to tell you that you have been ripped off, and you either pay or we keep the car with us adding if you gonna continue arguing I will double the price for the diagnosis



at this point I felt really shocked and threaten, as an international student who has been in the US for only 2 years. I did not know what to do.



so, I told him do not talk to me this way and he replied this is my place and I talk the way I want ,



I hardly tried to reach with him to more civilized and professional conversation, so I told him is this how you do business , he said yes this is how we do it so do not waste my time and pay the money



I really got tired an confused, and I did not wanted to keep going with this guy because he was developing an offensive feeling, so I told him this I am sorry to hear that from you, this conversation was way worse than what I expected, money can come and goes, it should not bring hate, and I do not share with you the hate vibes, congratulation on ripping off a hard working student who is hardly managing to pay his bills , he replied will this is how it goes... , I stopped him and said take the card and swipe it for you money he was trying to say something, but I stopped him again saying take your money and PERIOD



I am sorry if I made this long, but seriously this was my worst experience ever and I thought people should know about it, so they wont get into my same position.
