Prestige Animal Hospital - North Fontana

It was the worst experience my family ever had to go through. we took our Boxer dog here when he was sick and unable to see his regular Vet because they were so over booked. On our first visit we were told that are dog had Arthritis and needed a few medication shots to make him feel better and a few medications that need to be given at home. I felt I had no choice and I needed to help my dog get better we where charged about $300.00 the next few days our dog got worse, re returned and we asked them to do blood work and x-rays that cost us over $400.00, the next day I had to call every hour for the results and received a call about noon that he was very sick and needed to be hospitalized, they wanted to charge me another $800 for one day of meds. My family called every where and was able to get him into his original Vet office who took him in and tried to heal him, he was way to sick to save and died 3 days later. My family's heart is broken because we strongly believe that if they knew sooner what it was we could have saved him. I only paid $450 at the other vet to keep him for 3 full days & nights with IV & Meds and for my baby to be cremated and given his box of ashes with pawl prints.
