Premier Interventional Pain

I don't know why I am even giving the entire office one whole star. The staff (nurses) are not always nice, if you need to make changes ..you better read what you signed before doing so, or even THINKING of doing so. The way they make you put answers to certain questions on 3 sheets of paper every month, then they tell you to urinate in a cup before you can be passed your medication script papers which were already written.... you just have to prove yourself (like a child) every month and pay for it yourself (the urine test is also processed at an outside lab making the price more than triple!). Then after seeing them for months one month they say "When you started you signed a paper saying you would bring your pills in every visit for a count and you didn't do it this time so you need to find a new doctor and you can't even have a week's worth of your full medications, we're only giving you 1/4 of what you were taking, oh and sign this other paper saying we told you and you agree."
