Dogwood Animal Hospital

I’ve been taking my fur babies here for YEARS! My oldest cat is 18 years old and she’s been under Dr. Williams’ and Dr. Faircloth’s care since she was 5 weeks old. I’m up to 4 cats and 2 dogs now and wouldn’t trust them with anyone else! One of my cats has bone deformities, deafness, and hip dysplasia. The vets and technicians spoil him every time he goes in. Their prices are comparable to other places in town and everyone that works there is always so nice!

My youngest dog had her first grooming done a couple weeks ago, and I was very impressed with Susan’s work! I had no idea what I wanted done, so I asked her to use her professional opinion, and I was not disappointed!

Dogwood truly is my other family doctor. Great prices, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and they love my babies almost as much as I do :)

This team of professionals are the best in the business. The customer service specialists that greet you are always friendly, helpful, and ready to help both the animals and their parents. The techs and doctors give the extra care and take necessary precautions to make sure each animal's special needs are met. The kennel crew make every effort to help each animal be as comfortable as possible for their stay, whether it's short term or long term. We've had multiple dogs with special needs and I feel that the care that they've received here has been exceptional. Our timid girl who was afraid of almost everything now feels comfortable around most people thanks to the socialization the kennel crew provided for her. Our senior with arthritis is wheeled around in a wagon (per my request) and everybody has gladly accommodated him in his wagon--and been extra careful with his arthritic bones. They have always accommodated our emergency visits too. We also like that they have specialty services like laser and acupuncture. We'd highly recommend this team to anybody!

I would never take my dogs anywhere besides here!!! Dr. Faircloth has been so great with our 2 dogs, Lexi 12 and Bear4, that its like taking our kids to the pediatrician!! The staff is respectful and listens to your concerns and they all have that love for animals all people should have!!! We have been going to Dogwood for 10 years now! We have tried one other local vet, but didn't recieve the service as with Dr. Faircloth (we tried a place right around the corner from our house). Needless to say, we immediatley went back to Dogwood and haven't left since!!! They have been taking care of Lexi since she was just a baby! They have watched her grow old, and will the the ones to take care of her until her last day!!! As with our dog Bear!!! He is a gentle, skittish giant!!!! But everyone at Dogwood love them both to pieces!!! Thanks for all that you have done for my pups and my family over the years!!! We will always reccommend your facility to anyone looking for that "other" family doctor!!!!

We have been to a number of animal hospitals in town and no where did we find the level of care and compassion the vets and staff have for our pets. When are Samantha needed to be hospitalized, we were able to visit with her and we were totally impressesed with her care.

We had to have our dog euthanized because of a degenerative disease. Dogwood offered private cremation at a low price compared to other places we called. Everytime I called (which was several) the staff was so nice, caring and very patient with me. I was somewhat surprised given the other reviews. When the day came the staff again was wonderful and really helped us through it. I was so pleased with them I called to get prices on puppy care and spay since we knew we would be getting a new puppy soon and I was shocked at the prices, way too high (over $300 just to spay, we paid $106 someplace else complete with overnight stay just like at Dogwood). The staff might be wonderful but not for those prices.

I'd just like to say that, when they say they are your other family Vet, they take it seriously. We have had several dogs they have taken care of with us and we are 1000% blessed with them. They are very caring and informative and helpful with anything you might be of assistance with. We highly recommend Dogwood Animal Hospital!
