Asian Dragon

I just ordered food from this place, and asked for vegetable lo mien with no veggies, and beef with mushrooms. The lady who claims to be the manager was american, and very very very very rude. I got my order and it had more veggies than noodles, and 4 pieces of small beef. I called back to have my order fixed, and the so called manager refused to fix it. She claims that she repeated the order and it was ordered correctly and that i would not receive what I ordered. She was ignorant, rude, and I will never order from this place again, the food is not good, has no flavor, and they do not care if they give you the wrong order or not. They will not give you the right order. I hate this place with a passion. What ever happened to the costumer is always right? This LADY should be fired. Its a shame that around an army post the civilians feel as though they can be rude, and get away with it. Its a shame we fight for our country and get treated like poo by people who don't care and get away with it.

I would not even suggest stopping by here for water. They won't give you any. Sure, Asian Dragon seems more of a place for take out or delivery, but it's not that hard to serve dine-in customers some water. Then again, maybe it's best we didn't try their water because the food was absolutely horrible. The food was extremely dry, and the flavor was putrid. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like hotdogs. Hotdogs! This place may have turned me away from sweet and sour chicken forever. It was that bad.There's no way I'll be willing to give them a second chance.

Waited for over an hour to get food. The driver lied continuously about where they were at and claimed they were following their GPS. They then tried to tell my wife she did not know where our own home is at. I gave them directions several times to the point that we spent over thirty minutes giving directions and I made it as simple as possible even giving them crossroads and descriptive checkpoints. The driver then claimed to be down the street but would not come to the house to deliver the food. After almost two hours we cancelled the order. Then when my wife takes off to go get KFC after canceling the order they decide to drive down the street and show up at the door. There was no apology or even hey this is on the house. Thanks for service but no thanks. I will never use these guys again.
