Dr. Sharkey sent my oldest child for a mental health evaluation as it is suspected there may be something more than ADHD, and Dr.Sharkey did not follow up, stating they lost his report. I gave them the report twice already and they told me a third time it was lost before finding it themselves. The new diagnosis was never approved because the doctor refused to assist us knowing we intended to apply for TEFRA once diagnosed. We now have to pay again for a new evaluation because the original doctor we were referred to failed to perform all the required tests and the diagnosis will not be recognized as a legitimate claim. Gives OUTDATED information from the AAP and when I brought it up I was talked about behind my back as being "a fad mom" (the office has thin walls). Repeatedly dismissed my infant's lip and tongue tie. My middle child's allergy symptoms were said to be dry skin, and otherwise typical child symptoms when in fact she has now been tested and is allergic to grass,mold,shrimp,eggs, and dairy. I am glad we made the switch to a more competent doctor that can provide accurate current advice and respect.

Everyone at the clinic has gone out of their way to make our experiences pleasant. As a matter of fact, Marilou and Scarlet have gone above and beyond the call of duty in caring for my three children. There have been numerous times that they both have diagnosed really oddball things in my children. Without their knowledge, my children would have been suffering while someone else tried to figure out what was wrong! I tell everyone I know that I go to the best clinic around.
