I have been taking my cars here for 16 years,i would never use any one else.Very reasonable,very prompt ,very nice and very knowledgeable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT EVVVVVVERRR BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!! IT WILL JUST SIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR WEEKS ON END, MY CAR WAS THERE FOR 26 DAYS. 5,000 DOLLARS LATER MY CAR WAS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY, I HAD MULTIPLE REOCCURRING PROBLEMS FROM MY CAR NOT BEING HOOKED UP PROPERLY. SO IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THIS IS THE SHOP FOR YOU!! I WILL NEVERRRR ALLOW JEFF'S AUTO TO TOUCH ANOTHER VEHICLE I DRIVE IN MY LIFETIME AND I HOPE YOU DON'T EITHER! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

BEWARE OF THIS (so called) "MECHANIC"! Quick to screw a young working girl over. Did not correctly diagnose my car. Charged me $300 for a $50 dollar part and $200 for labor (an easy 1 hour worth of labor.) Took 2 weeks to do it and then decided that was not the problem and wanted another $500 to "try something else." I decided to get a second opinion and upon doing this I learned the information above. After getting the second opinion, the mechanic who gave me the second opinion called Jeff where he proceeded to admit he had no idea what was wrong with my car.

Had my car done within 24 hours of dropping my car off...thanks Jeff.

Had issues with unreliable car starts for months. During that time, a local franchise made two different costly repairs to fix the issue and when it persisted, said I needed a new alternator. A neighbor recommended this shop and as his quote was a little less expensive, arranged to drop off the car for next day repair. Imagine my surprise when he called to say my alternator was fine- the problem was that the 6-month old top-of-the line battery was defective. Though I had bought it in another town, Jeff arranged for the local franchise of the auto parts store to replace the battery. He took care of everything and charged almost nothing. I had a reliable car that afternoon and this is now my go-to place. An honest, reasonably priced mechanic who knows his business and checks the obvious before making expensive repairs and goes above and beyond to provide timely service -what more could you want?

Jeff was recommended to me by another shop that couldn't fit me in the same day. I needed an A/C accumulator installed and my system charged. He did an excellent job and at a great price. I would recommend him to my friends and family!

He wasted my time. My vehicle sat in his parkinglot for 4days with absolutly nothing done to it. It just sat there. He lied about even taking a look at it. He tried to tell me that he couldnt find anything wrong with it when he started it up. But the deal is, it will start up and run "ok" when it is warmed up, which it was warmed up when i had first brought it to him, so obviously the only time he ever did anything the entire 4days it was there was when i very first left it with him, and that was only to move it elsewere on his parkinglot, were it sat the entire four days!!!! If he had started it up the next morning he would have known that it obviously has some problems because it doesnt want to stay running and the idle speed fluctuates wildly when first started "when cold", from 600-1100 RPMs. This proves he never did anything at all. He never apologized to me when i finaly called on the fourth day of it sitting there when i told him i was just going to come in and pick it up. No nothing, terrible customer service, lies, and a huge waste of time. DONT GO TO JEFF'S AUTO in Farmington, Arkansas!
