Virg's Appliance Service

Virg's appliance is the only repairman we could get for a Bosch dishwasher we bought from Lowes in Owatonna. He told us Bosch dishwashers don't work in Rice county and basically said they were junk. Even though the dishwasher was only 3 years old, he claimed we were lucky it worked that long. We ended up buying a new dishwasher, from Sears, and told him about what we had been told. He said there was no problem with Bosch dishwashers and it turned out that our water softener wasn't working properly and so we got rid of a perfectly good dishwasher, had to buy a new one, and get a new water softener all because of Virg's comment.

Called Virg's service and left a message. He called me back right away and came out that same day. It would have cost me more to fix my washer then buy new and Virg was very honest about that. I found Virg to be honest, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, helpful in what products have best service records, and fast to respond and come out. I will definitely use Virg's service again in the future.
