Smokes 4 Less

I ran to smokes4less when I was running behind and it was right there on my way to the destination, I normally just stop at the gas station for my tobacco needs. Not only did they have a wide range of products they had a wide selection of each product.
Not only were they friendly and helpful they also offer a rewards program that has got me coming back each time. They are constantly keeping up with the latest product, but also keeping the traditional ones for those who like what they like.
Everyone has a bad day once in a while and I went in there when I was a little crabby and they were out of a product I consistently bought. The staff were so understanding and gave me the best service and found something similar that I ended up actually liking more, now it's all I purchase.

The employee I spoke to about a vape pen I had purchased awhile ago, he was knowledgeable and very patience with my questions. We do buy our carton of cigarettes there. Thank you very much Joe.

Bought a new battery e-cig. I asked for a new one to replace the one I had and wanted a recommendation for a long lasting battery. I paid $30. Within 1 1/2 hours it was losing it's battery. I wanted a refund which was refused. I noticed another review described the guy as cocky which was the same in my case. I got the sense that I was interrupting him. Customer service is lacking here.

Great place, service, respect. Certainly will be my stopping grounds for my Cigars. Fabulous people.

I was talking to an employee and he was way to cocky. Had that, "I know more then you do" attitude and didn't really help with any service.

Their service is alright at best. They sell the cheapest quality e-juices and their price isn't terrible for it, but 2 out of the 4 times i have been there they sold me the wrong flavor than what i asked for. The first time it happened i was able to get back to the store the same day and the guy that made the mistake acknowledged that he had made the mistake and replaced it for me. The second time i wasn't able to get back right away and when i tried to get the right fluid they wouldn't do it. They could care less about the customer and now lost my business. I would definitely go somewhere else for e-cig business.
