Frank installed the new doors today. He took extra time with adjusting the existing brackets for the track to make sure the doors worked perfectly. I'm very happy with the new doors and they work perfectly!

I had two very old garage doors that needed to be replaced. I called Frank and his price was not only very completive but I got better quality doors (greater insulation R-Value) for less than other contractors. Moreover, due to the low ceiling clearance (old resort house), other contractors stated I would not be able to install garage door openers but Frank proved them wrong. Frank did an excellent job. The doors look great and I am extremely happy with my new doors. I strongly recommend Brocato's Overhead Door to anyone that is looking for a great price and awesome customer service. It's rare you find a work ethic like Frank's these days. It was 95+ degrees days, even hotter in the garage and he stood there in my sweltering garage for hours replacing garage doors and tracks, not complaining once, never getting irritated once with my constant questions and concerns, he was always very polite and very professional. He came right out to give me quotes, and look at my problem areas, didn't price gouge me, didn't charge me more after the job than the price he quoted, and came right out to address a silly concern of mine, even when it was something as little as a tiny bit of light I saw under the door. It was very refreshing to have such a prompt and courteous technician working on our home. I've never delt with garage door repair/replacement before, but if I ever have a problem or upgrade, Frank will be my first and only choice to do the job. Highly recommend this company.

Frank was on time, worked quickly, fair priced without attempting to up sell product or services, did quality work and was honest! What more can you ask for? Oh...I can tell you. When I realized I hadn't explained that the door would have no electrical for an extended term, he immediately offered to return and install a lock. Something I had not confirmed before committing to his service! I call that great service! I will use again and have sent his name to many!

I randomly found Brocato's online. When comparing prices I realized very quickly their services were about half the cost of others in my area. The tech asked lots of questions to really find out the best solution for my problem. He also went above and beyond just fixing my tension spring. He lubricated the various parts of the door and showed me how to maintain the door moving forward. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great job and very reasonably priced. He got right out for the estimate and even worked in the rain to keep my installation on schedule.
