Vaccination
Our two cats have been patients at Puget Park for roughly 9 months. Each time we have brought them in for checkups or vaccinations, the staffs has been warm and welcoming. The medical team is professional, knowledgeable, and open to any questions we have regarding the health of our animals. The veterinarians are also very compassionate and take the time to give us the big picture in terms of keeping pets healthy long term. I would recommend this practice to anyone with companion pets, hands down.
Veterinary Ophthalmology
In some circumstances, the doctor may refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as ophthalmology, oncology, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, and orthopedic surgery. We work closely with these specialists to provide the best treatment plan for your pet. We may discuss these options if more specialized medicine is in the patient's best interest.
Comprehensive Examination
It is recommended to take your pet in for a check-up one-two times a year. This includes a full physical exam as well as a dental evaluation. The doctor will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and discuss all findings with you and address any concerns in an easy to understand format.

Dr. Katrina Waclawik - Dr. Katrina Waclawik, or "Dr. Kate" as she is better known, graduated from Kansas State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. After serving four years as an officer in the Army Veterinary Corps, she joined Puget Park Veterinary Clinic in 2013. When not at the clinic, she enjoys reading or hiking with her husband (Chris) and two daughters (Samantha and Evelyn). Dr. Kate's favorite tips for at-home pet care are to keep pets at a healthy weight, brush their teeth daily, and keep every pet on quality flea control year-round.

Dental Surgery
Dentistry: Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, full mouth radiographs, tooth extractions and other various oral surgeries performed under closely monitored anesthesia.
Veterinary Surgery
Appointments: Our appointment schedule is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We schedule our exams with time to do a complete evaluation and client education. Therapeutic and surgical services are available to provide for your pet's complete health care needs.

Laboratory Services
Laboratory: Our in-house laboratory facilities provide a wide range of testing. For any laboratory analysis we are unable to do in house, we use a full-service laboratory specializing in diagnostics and consultations and the results are available in a very timely manner.
