They lack discretion. Don't use them unless you want them to tell anyone who asks what type of work they did for you. Any services provided and paid for should be kept confidential.

This is a true locksmith. I've had several locks re-keyed here. I also had a key made for my auto that NO other place could properly duplicate. They worked on the key for a couple of passes to get it just right. I have no complaints and return to this locksmith again and again due to their ability.

Go to Lowe's. I went in to get 2 keys for our new front door. It was a different style of key and I asked the lady working there if she was sure it would work. She said absolutely. After getting back home both keys didn't work at all. I drove back the next day, told her that they didn't work. She grab the keys, she was very rude. She asked for my receipt, which I tossed. I have never had a key made elsewhere that didn't work. She said no receipt no refund. She remembered me but still refused. Very unprofessional, horribly rude. I will never go back, you shouldn't either.

We purchased a gun safe and wer very pleased. Then about 2 years later, we had a probelm with the safe closure and they exceeded our expectation and promptly arrived to fix the probelm. It turned out the safe was not sitting level. We are very happy with this company.
