Only gave one star because you HAVE to. Do not go here! Owners do not have any sense of customer satisfaction. Took car through car wash and it was not clean. Owner, man (foreign), said, "Well you should have taken it to some place that has brushes or high powered car wash." I asked him, "So you advertise car washes that do not clean cars?" He did not respond. Just turned his back and refused to refund $9!!!! for the car wash. I have no problem with people moving to America and purchasing/opening a business, but you HAVE to have an understanding of American customer service. In America, you do NOT PAY for crappy service or for a product/service that does NOT WORK.

Today I went to the car wash, not for the first time. I put a five dollar bill in the machine but the wash didn't start. I drove through it, parked and went into the store. I told the cashier who spoke to her mother in a language that was not English. They both said that only 4 dollars were deposited and I had to pay another dollar. I told them I did not have any single bills, I had a five. The machine was wrong. They continued to say I had to put in another dollar that 4 dollars was not enough. I continued to tell them I had used a five dollar bill. I told them I am not a liar. They did not even consider the possiblity that the machine was wrong and their customer was right. The manager could have provided a code, I suppose, or something as an act of faith that the customer was right and should be served. She did not. She chose instead to turn her back on me and offer no solution other than I should put more money into their faulty machine. I will go miles out of my way to purchase gas and wash my car. I live quite close but will not return. I have already told 2 people about this experience. I will tell others and hope that they also tell others.
