        Overall

        This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The water in the shower was either hot or hotter, ants under the bed, fruit loops under the chair and the beds were old and worn with no padding in between the mattress and springs. It took the staff 24 hours to attempt to fix our problem, but it was never really fixed.

        Best hotel

        This is the best hotel I've stayed at in along time. The staff makes you feel like family, the rooms are comfortable. Front desk staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will only stay here when visiting
