Great staff & care!! If it wasn't for Heartland my cat would have died, I would highly recommend them!!!

This clinic will find every way conceiveable to pad your bill. A real doctor has a $1 hazardous waste fee for needles and they are just under $3 for a smaller needle. They space your pets shots out over the year so that each time they have to have a physical exam and be charged for it instead of once a year as humans get for well care. They will try to talk you into multiple other tests at well visits, health insurance policies, higher doses than recommended for your pet's weight so they can charge more. Every male cat I have had neutered has been issued, at my cost, pain medication that has never been required, neutering a male cat is not painful.
