        Horrible customer service! ! !

        I don't believe customer service skills are checked nor required to be an employee at the front desk.

        Moved to area was told the first week a new mailbox key would be available in a couple days. Went to pick it up a couple days later then was told it was not there, and they have no idea when one would be available. Have called many times since letting it ring many times only to never get an answer or even answering machine. This review is for the 4100 Hercules ave location.
