Doggy Dooz Pet Salon

I used to take my Bichon Frise there until two months ago. They told me to have him there by 9:00 am and he was not done until 5:00 pm. Every time I picked him up he was stressed and dehydrated. Immediately he ran to his water bowl and drank until he puked! I guess they never gave him a drink. He did not even have the Bichon Cut as requested! Very bad groomers! He now goes to Bubbles & Pets, they schedule him an appointment and in 2-3 hours I pick him up. He looks great and is happy. Love them, and I have found his forever groomer!

Took our loving Snoky here for his 1st grooming. We got NOTHING that was requested with his hair cut. Upon picking him up he was starving!!! They had him from 9am-330pm. I believe they didn't feed him in all that time. His hair is so short & uneven I filly understand why they don't charge much. They suck. He will not be going back there. Please if you love your animal do not take them here!!

I have two morkies(maltese and yorkie mixes) and one has silky hair that rarely mats, but I can work them out myself at home. My other morkie has thick, cotton-ish hair. We had taken them there since they were puppies, and they had done good with puppy cuts. But this time we had dropped them off, they called us saying that they had to shave them due to mats. Now this is pure BS because I can untangle mats at home, and yes groomers are trained how to. When I drop my dogs off at 9am and get called AFTER closing hours 5pm-ish)to pick them up, I expect them to have worked out the mats rather than shaving down my dogs to look like rats! Not only were my dogs shaved to nothing, they had to shave my dog with the thicker hair's face because of "mats in her beard" and now she has a horrible bacteria infection on her face and paws since they don't clean the clippers good between dogs. Not only does she have a bacteria infection, her ears were infected when we brought her in(we were unaware but it happens often) and they didn't call to tell us, they just shaved her with dirty nasty clippers, and irritated her ears more. She is really sick and we've had to make 3 VET VISITS within the past two weeks. At one point she was so sick she couldn't open her eyes. She is almost two years old. And usually young dogs don't get this sick. They also do a horrible job at clipping nails and shaving around the paws. We are not taking our dogs back here because there is certainly a lack of care and work in this groomer for the $80 we have to spend each time just for them to make our dogs look stupid. I hope this review helped your decision whether or not to go to this groomer.

This is an awesome salon!! After taking my Giant Schnauzers to another groomer that did not clip nails or know what a Giant was supposed to look like, I ended up with a $250 vet bill for toenail infections and a dirty, poorly clipped dog. I am SO HAPPY to find Doggy Dooz since they did a beautiful job and are so professional and accommodating. This is our permanent groomer.

This is the worse groomer I have ever used, ever. After I picked up my dog and got home, I realized my dog's paws had not been clipped, her ears were still dirty and had not been cleaned, she hadn't been given a bath and what was clipped was ragged and poorly done. Worse of all, her eye swelled up because she had been clipped too close or with a old blade. It took almost a week to get the swelling down. Beware, this is not a good place for your dog.

We have a large, very hairy male collie. He is our baby and a gorgeous dog. I have taken him several places to have him groomed but NO place can compare to the way he looked when I picked him up from Doogy Dooz. They only charged about 1/2 of what I usually pay. He was awesome, they are awesome and so professional. The salon was extremely clean. Loved the whole experience. I will definitely be back, probably sooner than usual.

Open and clean, your loved pets are not kept hidden away but are right there for anyone to see! No worries! Took our Sally and she is not an easy dog to deal with! They were professional, kind, gentle, and so understanding of her fear! I will be back! Glad to finally find a place that's safe and good at what they do!!!!!!

WOW WOW and WOW!! A pet salon that is spacious and the owner is great with your dog even if you may be a new client. Your dog or dogs will be pampered by the groomer/owner as if they were treating their own as she is a dog owner and lover too! Seriously, bring you dog down or up to this new pet salon and see for yourself how well of a great grooming and pampering your pet will get! Oh yes and don't be surprised if they try to stay when you pick them up at the end of their pampering!

If you have man's best friend or Lady's best friend then you must take your dog to Doggy Dooz Pet Salon for a full day of pampering. I took my two dogs in to be groomed and have a bath. They came out looking better than ever. This is by far the best groomer I have ever been to. The owner is a very nice young lady and she takes time to get to know your love one. I have been back twice and can not wait to take them in again I think I just found my groomer for life thanks Doggy Dooz! The work space is very clean and looks great! So from me and my two dogs here is a BIG THANK YOU for doing a great job on them. They still smell good and it has been days since they were in.

WOW or better yet BOW WOW!!!! This new pet Salon is wonderful!!! Clean, timely, friendly, great prices and a pet loving owner. I was happy to see that a pet salon was going in so colse to my home but a little nervous to try a new place. Like many of you, my pets are my kids and not just any ole place will do. I went in without my dogs to get prices, check out the place with my own eyes and to meet the groomer. Mindi the owner/groomer was so accomodating. She explained the services offered, gave me the prices, showed me the products she had available for use and let me observe how she worked as we chatted. I really got a great feeling about Mindi and her salon, so I made an appt. I took my dog in for a full groom (every service offered) got 20% off my first visit, so AWESOME price! I was very happy with the end result, Mindi did a great job on everything. My dog looked and smelled better than ever! Mindi took the time to walk me through what she did on my dog which was nice and also made some special notes on my client card for next time. I will definately be taking my dog back to Doggy Dooz and WILL be referring this salon to all my pet owning friends/family!
