Beyond Beauty European Day Spa

I've seen some bad reviews and just need to emphasize that the owner, Mary is a wonderfully talented and caring person who always seems to have time for appointments. I started coming to her for facials and was even able to stop using my prescription facial cream for acne. One of the reviews even sounded like he was just impatient and intolerant of someone with an accent. She does try to sell products for skin care. If you don't want the stuff, just say no and she is fine with it. Altogether, a relaxing experience!

Completely unprofessional! They have an answering machine to screen their calls! When I intially called, I hung up and decided to wait to call again since, I was at work.. A heavily accented woman called me back off their caller Id. I had great trouble understanding her and was not sure what exactly she had booked for my daughter and myself. I also had to keep putting her on hold to do my job. hence why i did not leave a message when I org called!

Once I got time I called the spa back and left a message for them to please call me and clarify what had been booked since what I requested was a 4 hr treatment and she told me to arrive at 1:15 when they close at 3!

I never got a call back till 24 hours later telling me my credit card would not go through!

I explained I awaited a call back and when i never recieved one, I cancelled my card! I have never been charged for service 2 days before I recieved it! OR been booked an 1:45 minutes for a 4 hr treatment! This place is a total rip Off BEWARE!!!! Read their other reviews BEFORE booking any thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This experience was one disappointment after the next. I had made appointments for a package deal with a massage and one other treatment for both my boyfriend and myself. We were greeted by the staff fighting amongst themselves, immediately creating a tense atmosphere. My intention was to make appointments for simultaneous procedures so that we would be finished at the same time- which was promised to me over the phone. Instead, my boyfriend went in first while I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes. Every few minutes I was asked by the owner if I would like to buy something else- another procedure, more products, etc. And I hadn’t yet even gotten done what I had asked for. I was then called back to my room and when that was finished, I found that my boyfriend would have to wait for me while I got my massage. I declined and after refusing several other products pushed on me, we got out of there for $200+, still not getting what I’d wanted. Not enjoyable, not relaxing and absolutely not recommended.
