I hired Kimberly Brasher as my attorney for my bankruptcy case, and it was the biggest mistake i have ever made. She was supposed to send letters to all my creditors notifying them about my case, and that never happened. I continue to receive call from my creditors and lawsuit papers served to me because they were not notified by her. I have had to fax copies of all the paperwork to each and every one of my creditors proving to them that i indeed did file. Also, she told me i could make small payments to her each month to pay for the filing, but then wanted all the money up front the day after I gave her my tax information and she saw that I was receiving a tax refund. During the court hearing, she arrived an hour late and was given a lecture and warning because she was not acting in a professional manner. Once again, the worst mistake I've made.
