Everyone is very nice and very knowledgeable. Recovery is mostly what I expected. Though, because of long recovery, it may be a few months before I'm sure if I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

I’m only about a month out from surgery so my final results won’t be visible for a while but overall I am very pleased with my results. Anytime I have a question or concern the staff are more than willing to talk with me about it and if needed set up an appointment to be seen.

Very professional and always asked if I had any questions. They are accommodating and so nice. Well respectful.

I am still only 3 weeks post op for my second procedure, so time will tell with my total results. However, as of now I am extremely please with my experience! I had a Tri-Sculpt EX, upper and lower abs, inner thighs, hips and knees done. I am on a journey to lose 150 pounds and had lost 75 pounds when I had my procedures. It was just the boost that I needed to keep going on my journey of whole life health! Post procedures, I am down 85 pounds and still have quite a bit of swelling in my legs. I now have an hour glass shape and am able to fit into clothes that I haven't been able to wear for over 15 years! Plus, it seems to have kicked off my metabolism which makes it easier to keep working towards my overall weight loss goals.
The staff is super helpful and friendly. I loved how they customized the procedures to my overall needs! The weekly emails, calls and tips helped me to navigate all of the symptoms that popped up post procedure, which put me at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend this team for your contouring needs! I would definitely go back, after I lose the rest of my weight, if needed!
The only thing that wasn't ideal was the sales process, but I HATE to be sold. I came in having done my homework (and having compared other options), so I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to invest in this process. Because I have high BMI the price was way higher than what was advertised online. Also, they said my weight was higher and my height was shorter than when I had gone to my MD earlier in the week. So, I felt that wasn't accurate and was pushing me into a higher BMI category. However, when I said I would probably wait since I have been losing 10 pounds per month, they told me I would miss out on the sale so it would end up being more. In the end, we were able to work out a price that got me to my target investment range (1/2 of what the price started at) and I was able to get scheduled for a procedure the following week. I would have rated this experience a 5 if the sales process didn't feel so ""used car sales"" like.

This is a scam... they lie to you about everything. You feel it when they do it, it only works if and only if you do a very active workout plan which they don't tell you, after procedure when you have questions they do not return calls, I had surgery 4 months ago and I still have open wounds, got an infection which took a month to get treated and had to go to my regular doctor. Have to purchase another garment that they don't tell you prior to paying all the money that you have to wear for a year. Recovery was way longer than 3 days, a lot of pain, when you go in to get checked for an infection they stand outside door and talk poorly about you and then the doctor comes in room and is extremely rude to you. Biggest mistake ever. And there is no way they have 5 stars from EVERYONE past years come on we know they are paying off to get bad reviews off here... since I have had done I have talked to others that said they had it and it was an awful experience. Best part they say they can fix it?! Ha ha go through that hell again no thank you the doctor yelling at me during procedure, the pain, being so sick after... I stopped payment on this why would I pay for something that made me feel only worse about myself and did not get results like I was told??

I researched my options for months before ultimately selecting Sono Bello. Sono Bello was very helpful throughout the whole experience, consultation through post-operation. Dr. Hatfield was fantastic!! It's been four weeks since my procedure and so far I'm very happy with my results.

From the first call to the office, to my follow up appointment, everything was just right...professional and pleasant. What a great team of people!!!! I would refer my friends and family.

It was great! The staff were so nice and caring, especially Jill and Debbie. Rebecca did a great job of scheduling and getting me the information and pricing I needed, and was very knowledgeable of the various procedures available.

I am so excited to see the results that are now happening as I continue through the weeks after my procedure. I truly appreciated the email messages sent to remind me of what to expect and to feel encouraged that all will "shape" up as time goes by. The team in Edina is amazing, truly care for the patient and made me feel so welcome. I'm only in the first two weeks and healing slowly but on the mend for sure. I'm so glad I did this even though its a little uncomfortable now, I know I'll be happy with the results. The doctors were caring, experienced and fun.

I thought my results were fantastic. The staff and the whole crew in the clinic were nice. The procedure went so quick and painless. My recovery was quick and easy. I will go back for more procedures in the future.

This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Period. I wish I would have done it 10 years ago but I needed to try everything else first. I wanted to do it on my own. I've beaten myself up in the gym, competed in grueling athletic endeavors, maintained 1200 calorie diets and still the banana roll would not budge. My 17 year old daughter has it, my mom (at 110 lbs) had it, and I was at my whits ends to find jeans to fit in the butt AND in the waist. I guess you just have to be in the right place in your mind to finally say, I've tried everything else, this isn't a fix all for problems in your life but when everything else is in line and your outsides don't match your inside thoughts, then its time to take the leap. I'm today 2 weeks out from thigh and knee sculpting and I have seen such positive results already that I cry. The Dr was truly a sculptor and the 4 lbs of targeted fat that she removed moved me from frumpy to looking athletic and fit, just the look I was after.

It's very good and love the associate. He really did a good job when it comes to the type of care they want to provide customers. Definitely met and even exceeded my expectations.

I am so happy I decided to go ahead and get this procedure done!! It's been a long 20+ years that I've wanted to have something done with my tummy but didn't want to take 6 weeks off work and be placed under sedation for abdominoplasty. I did a lot of research and found sonobello to be exceptional! Everyone is so kind and Dr. Hatfield is amazing, we even had a nice conversation during the procedure, which relaxed me more. She made sure I was comfortable and went over all the post op instructions. The post-op days weren't bad at all, for me, taking the tape off was the worst.. really! I followed instructions, tried to walked every 10 minutes and really felt I had a great recovery of only 3 days, back to work on the 4th day. 10 days later, with 8 inches gone (and there still is swelling), I am so looking forward to getting in the "dreaded" swimsuit this summer and rockin it!! No more hiding behind the beach towel for me :)

Overall my experience was very good. I was awake and relaxed during the initial procedure and the staff was very thorough in what to expect. Never was the pain unbearable and felt little during the actual procedure. I was amazed to be able to see the actual amount removed. I have a very high tolerance for pain though so to me it was only moderate considered the results I'm already seeing. My result was 3lbs removed and since I have goals to reach, this was a great way to get there. I did experience a couple days of difficulty in wanting to move much but kept to a light 10 minute walk as suggested to keep blood flow and heal faster. The staff has been great and Julie always made my visits enjoyable in conversation. Dr. Volk did an amazing job!!

I feel like the staff really cares about me and the success of my entire procedure. They are all so down to earth and easy to talk to. My nurse totally corrected me on my over activity, to make sure the healing process happened the way it should, without complications. I am only 2 1/2 weeks post procedure and feeling wonderful about the results so far. Thank you all for your help and concern.

Overall it was a great experience. The front desk/administrative staff, nurses and Doctor were amazing. I even went in for another procedure 1 week after my first procedure so that should reflect how comfortable I felt in their service and the success of the procedure. The road to recovery was a bit longer than I had intisipated but I have followed all the guidelines as I wants to maximize my results as much as possible. I am 5 months post op and I continue to see the results. The problem areas that I have hated and had for as long as I can remember her better and better with every week that passes. I would not expect to receive successful results if you are not planning on maintaining a fairly healthy lifestyle as you will sabotage your procedure. However, if you are fit and have problem areas or you need help or that little push of medication to kickstarting your efforts into that lifestyle, this is 100% the thing to do!!!

I recently had my sides and upper and lower abs done. While the recovery was alot more intense than I had anticipated , the results were amazing. I noticed a drastic improvement within a couple days of the procedure. I am now about 2 weeks out and it just keeps looking better. The surgery was easy and completely pain free. The staff at the Edina center couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
