Transmission fell out of my 2010 ford fusion. Teds Transmission gave me a fair estimate hundreds less than the competition. They gave me updates every step of the way, and just a few days later my car was ready to go.
When I got the bill, he told me it actually was going to cost LESS then we agreed on...when does that ever happen?
They asked I come back a few weeks after for them to check on it, which I did, and they promptly checked their work and said everything was good to go.
I've driven the car 5000 miles since the change and the car drives better than when I first got it.
Simply. Te BEST Tranny techs.
Well versed about my vehicle.
Provided detailed procedures and what ifs.
Called and verified on further diagnosis and work to be done.

Provided by SuperpagesI found Ted's Transmissions through their website. I called them up and they listened to me, diagnosed the problem for free, then gave me my options up front. The price was very reasonable and I haven't had a problem since. I actually take both of my cars to them whenever I need some general repairs done. I recommend Ted's Transmissions to anyone. This man (Ted) was very polite, professional , and fair. He tells you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and even does a follow up 2 weeks later. Any tranny work anyone needs, I would HIGHLY reccomend.
