Princeton Salon and Spa-Johns Creek

Had an appt with gage today at 12 pm I live 2 hrs away south of atlanta so I left early not sure how traffic will be I get to Duluth an hour ahead of time and I receive a call from the salon at 11 am saying gage cannot see me today he is sick. I understand people get sick but the staff know I live far away and should have called sooner. I went to salon anyway since I was already there and asked to speak to manager Ashley and was told she was busy she could call me later or I could wait 20 mins for her so I waited 35 mins and she never came out to meet me. I will never go back to this place I loved gage he was very skilled but my time seems to be worth nothing to them. they get an A+ in customer no service

The salon is so friendly and so clean; it is truly a pleasure to be greeted with a big smile. I am a client of "Gage"....incredible hairpro. He has accommodated my wishes and the results are fantastic...Have been the recipient of numerous WOW YOUR HAIR LOOKS GREAT....I recommend this pro for any service...

Went here for the first time today to get a completely new hairstyle- side bangs and layers throughout my normally middle parted/barely layered hair. Upon walking in a beautiful and very friendly receptionist greeted me and took my information. She explained the salon's prices and asked which price level I'd prefer ($20 difference, WELL worth it) rather than just assuming. While I waited for my stylist to complete his previous appointment, the receptionist and I talked and she offered to show me around the place. Gave me a full tour of the beautiful interior and explained a little about the different services and amenities of the place.



Next was my actual cut. I had Gage, who was absolutely FABULOUS! He listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions, without trying to pressure me in any way. I ended up getting a glaze treatment too, and while I was sitting for the 20 minute time it takes to process, he treated me to a hand massage as well. The warming mitts after and warm neck wrap were to die for. The cut turned out fantastically and have had many compliments on it from friends, family, and strangers. The total amount came out to $50 (the price for a Master Stylist cut)- no hidden fees, which was another huge plus.



This salon is well worth checking out and they truly do make you feel pampered. They have made a new loyal customer, and I'll be going to Gage from here on out. :)
