Hong Kong Chop Suey

I have lived in several places in and around Chicago and Hong Kong has some of the best quality ingredients you can get, hands down! I now live in Oak Park and cannot find even a DECENT Chinese Restaurant around so I usually end up driving out to Downers to pick up food here. Everything here is fresh, high quality and delicious.



Try Hong Kong - you will not be disappointed. They have actual crab and scallions in the crab Rangoon - quality meat, perfectly balanced sauces... I really can't rave about this place enough!



Maybe you're like me and the idea of egg rolls with a sour cabbage taste or fried rice with those chewy pieces of pork, or sweet and sour chicken where the chicken is dry and tendon-y, or chewy, fatty strips of beef in your chop suey are the hallmark of bad Chinese food...



Not here. Best you can get around!
