Stadium Auto Parts

Very poor customer service! I purchased a headlight and explained to Dan that I needed this shipped asap and if there was a problem to please contact me. He stated it would go right out because it was already on the shelf. Call the next day because it still hadn't shipped out and he stated it was set to go out that day. Call the 3rd day because it still didn't ship out and he stated it was still sitting in shipping and he was just going to credit me back. He could careless that he just wasted 3 days of my time and a rental fee because of his poor skills. I thought PRP yards were suppose to be so professional.

I just wanted to take a minute to say "Thank you" to the people at Stadium Auto Parts! Over the past 15+ years, you have continuously come through for me when I needed parts for my cars, or even when I've just needed some honest advice/suggestions. It's really rare to find a company who genuinely cares about its customers, and not just making money. For that reason, my family and I will continue to be loyal patrons of your business!!
