Excellent workmanship and pricing. Thanks. They fixed a drain clog in less than 30 minutes and made myself and wife very thankful.

I called them because I needed a plumber to fix a leak in my kitchen. They had James out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, it was my garbage disposal that had rusted out, he had one on his truck and had it installed very quickly. My wife had him look at the faucet also and he fixed it at no charge. Great customer service in a world where customer service has taken a back seat to making money. They came out and cleaned my shower drain and they were quick, very clean and it was $95.00. Jordan was very professional and polite.

First off let me tell you as a single mother, when the sewer is all over the floor you tend to lose your mind!!!!!! I am sooooo glad I found Rooter Town, they answered the phone and scheduled my appt. the same day. Joseph arrived at the appointed time and had the sewer draining and even helped me clean up the mess. I can't say enough about this company. Thank you.

What a joy to have Ben in our home. He very efficiently took care of the clogging problem and when he realized he could not get that 50 year old pipe as unclogged as a he would like, he kindly gave us the opportunity to decide if we wished further work or wanted to work with the problem as it was. Rooter Town did an excellent job servicing my drains. They came out for a clogged toilet and realized it was my mainline. Luckily, they had all the equipment needed to take care of this situation very quickly. They did a great job cleaning up and made me feel very comfortable.

These people are thieves. One person from the company came to fix my kitchen sink clogged and could not able to fix, initially he asked to pay $95 but then he said he talked with his supervisor and pay extra $270 that will be covered the cost of his supervisor additional cost. His supervisor came and asked me to pay additional $395. Just to fix the Kitchen clog cost me $800.

Had some issues with their service, but was able to work out our disagreement and the company took care of our problem. For this reason I'm giving them an average review.

Colton was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He quickly serviced our slow, clogged drain and kitchen sink. Service was arranged same day, and we are completely satisfied.

Colton was my Plumber today and he had great customer service skills and explained the entire plumbing situation to me with great detail, which made it easier to make decisions on services that were needed.

I am also very impressed with the company because they were the only company that answered the phone on Sunday afternoon, when I was freaking out. They quickly set up an appointment with me for the next day. Timeliness is vital when dealing with plumbing issues.

Called today for big drain backup. Thought it would be simple, but no... Colton came through and worked so hard and for so long, and went above and beyond what I expected. Great company..... Great customer service.... Will definitely call again for all of my plumbing needs.

Whole house would not drain. Hunter showed up 40 minutes early. He was very respectful and gave me up front pricing and options. After a snake, he recommended a high pressure wash of the lines to clear everything out. He really went above and beyond. He was very thorough, clean, and offered very good information. They will be the only plumber I call in the future.
