Why would he bury pickets sounds like more work for him?

This is the first review of a contractor I have ever posted. The owner is very difficult to work with and ignored the majority of things I asked him to do. To top things off, after I paid him, I discovered that all the pickets were buried deep in the dirt. So I will be spending my time digging around the fence and cutting the pickets to above-grade. Trust me, use someone else, especially if you are a woman.
