Four Star Denver

Fourstar Denver is the worst rental company I have ever rented from. If you want to keep your sanity do NOT rent from them. When I signed my lease, there was grass in the back yard. But between when I signed the lease and moved in they ripped up the grass to fix pipes. But they never replanted the grass. I talked to the neighbors who told me they saw them ripping up the grass. So I know it did not just die. I have sent over 7 maintenance requests asking them to put grass in. I have not once received a response. I have called my agent Kelly Corbin close to 8 times and she has NEVER called me back. In fact, every time I have called she is in a "lease signing" and unable to talk.

I was living out of state when I first signed with them about 15 years ago. They were just as good as if I lived nearby, and the communication was excellent. When I moved back to Denver it got even better and I have been comfortable trusting them with my properties every since.

I have never had any issues with Four Star. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the way they handled the transition of ownership, the way they negotiate is unlike any I've ever seen, they are great!

They have great negotiation skills, I was kind of iffy about them at first but they did a great job with the transition of ownership. Great business practice and admirable service.

Four Star's service is of the highest standard. They have shown commitment and integrity with their work. They care about making sure things are right.

Staff is very caring and friendly. They all seem like they want to be there which is hard to find these days, believe it or not. Service is at a high level and I will continue to do business with them.

four star realty has been a great manager for our home while we were away. We are returning to live in the home and found the condition to be wonderful. They and the tenants have insured that. We are very pleased with their work and will look to them in the future if we ever decide to rent it again.

They have proved to be great managers and a valuable team to have working for you. I was apprehensive at first but they have demonstrated great ability to handle things and keep accurate records.

This management company has exceeded our expectations. They have been very reliable and have placed great tenants. The house has been maintained well as well.

For the past four years, I've been renting a great apartment from Four Star. The best they have to offer is customer service, especially from Alisha. I've worked with her since day one. Whenever I need help or have any questions, she always goes above and beyond.

During our selection process they were patient and helpful. They showed us many places and when we found just the right one, they made sure we could get in ASAP. The only issue we called for was a drip in the kitchen sink, they fixed it the following day. Very pleased with these managers.

I am an out of state owner who is just pleased with how they have handled things there and kept me up to date here. I have even checked in on the home and it is still in great condition after a year with them. Great work!

My family and I have had a very nice experience renting from Four Star. Our house is in great condition and in a great neighborhood. The staff is pleasant to talk to and we have had no major problems.
