Four Seasons Tree Service & Landscaping

Do not use this service, they schedule then show up when you are not home and cannot guide the process. They ruined one of my trees, a gorgeous crab apple, by taking out one of the only three central trunks, it is crippled, deformed beyond belief. It will not recover in my lifetime! I asked them to not trim up the tree along the fence to leave privacy from my neighbors and this is the only place they did trim. The owner does not supervise, but sends out a crew to do the work. There are branches still touching my roof and my garage roof, so they took out what I asked them not to and left what should have been cut back??? I have to pay them, but still need to get up on a ladder?? I would never, ever call them again or recommend them even to my worst enemy. Just sick about what they did!
