Apple Store

Disappointing isn't even a low enough score for this store. I went in without an appointment- boy am I an idiot- and they let me know it. I will NEVER go back in that store. RUDE- RUDE- RUDE. No one greeted me, I wandered around and just ended up near the back and then I found out I needed an appointment OR I could wait 60-90 minutes until someone was free. I swear there were at least 20 people standing around talking to each other. Yes it was busy, but have some common courtesy and just apologize and say, we're really sorry. But no....pride goes before the fall to this Apple Store and manager who would allow such rude and condescending employees.

Always schedule appointment, almost without exception must wait hour or more & return because matter not resolved. An extremely busy store & feels like to me that employees have attitude - shuffle you about while you wait and then you fall through crack.

I stopped by like three times, employees look like in a hurry not answering questions, even when I called them they are not responding in a good way and always they are in a hurry. too many employees and still customers cant find help

This place must be run by the same goofs that run the Littleton store. What up Apple? I would bet that half of your employees are using droids.

They don't even answer the phone when you call. That can't be good. I guess Apple isn't making enough money to hire help.?

Worst customer service ever! Rude, arrogant, unhelpful. Can't say enough bad things about the people that I have dealt with at this store. I like Apple products but will not be doing business with this location ever again.

If you want immersion of Apple products you got it. I went in for a basic IPod and received good service. One note is that if you're looking to purchase something basic like the IPod I'd look at Target as well. You can buy there electronic extended warranty for a longer term and cheaper. It may be worth the investigation.
