Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton

I have had 25 major surgeries to my legs and back due to injuries sustained in Afghanistan, as a contractor in 2010. I have used Select Rehab as my rehabilitation Hospital and Out Patient Rehab for all but two of the surgeries..

I have spent approx. 5 months IN Patient over the past 5 1/2 years. I have found the staff to be highly professional and caring about my needs. The Nurses and Techs were great at keeping my schedules for my pain medication and other needed medical procedures and medications.



What makes this place truly exceptional is the in patient rehab teams and the out patient rehab teams.



While rehabbing I have watched STROKE patients, who were Devastated by Their Strokes and could not walk or talk, return to walking and talking when NO ONE thought they would.



They have work hard on my legs and back, when Doctors didn't believe I would ever walk correctly.

I live everyday knowing that, I am walking today because of the staff at Select Rehab of Denton!

Family recommend us to Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton after my grandmother broke her foot. We very much enjoyed this facility the staff is very caring and attentive. the PT did great and taught her all the skills to go home in a wheeler chair until she was to get back on her feet and be independent. I would recommend this acute rehab hospital to friends and family.

Hot water heater doesn't work for room so cold showers. .this is abusive to anyone especially seniors!!!..., plus heating & air conditioning horrible. Freezing during day and sweltering at night. Avoid this place if at all possible.

My mother in law was a patient at Select in Denton. The stroke rehab program is outstanding. The nursing and therapy staff are by far the best in the north Texas area. I highly recommend Select for inpatient and outpatient therapy!
