Pei Wei

Celiacs & Gluten Intolerant beware!! I was massively cross contaminated by this Pei Wei and I have been extremely sick for days! I called the manager and was very polite, just wanting to avoid this happening to anyone in the future and he told me that they washed their woks and unless I got chicken with breading on it, he doesn't know how it could have happened in his store and suggested that it must have been something else I had eaten. That is an inappropriate response to a courtesy call, demonstrates his lack of knowledge in food prep, cross contamination, and food allergies if he thinks that is the only way to get sick from gluten! The first time I try to eat out in three months, and this is what happens. Forget pei wei. So dissatisfied, and now so, so sick.
