        Overall

        I have a home warranty company that sent them out to repair my water heater, they came out as promised :-) But they did not get it fixed, I called my home warranty company the warranty company said they could not do anything until DBK sent them the repair sheet from the first repair. This should not take all day! It is now 5:02pm so no repair today :-( So now this 63 year old has to have her 6th cold shower in a row. What a shame!
