If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. The entire front desk staff apparently hate their jobs, the world and everybody in it! They are rude and unprofessional. My grandaughter needed a crown and went it for the temp crown, it fell out 2 days later. We called and they said no appts. for that you just come in and sit and wait....we did that got it replaced and 2 days later it fell off again. The tech working on my GD asked the dentist to come in and check it..he never did..the tech asked my GD if the dentist checked it she told her no...so it was never checked and fell off 2 days later. Now we must go back and sit and wait for the 3rd time while the incompetent Tech tries to get the temp to stay on for the 3rd time. This is just so ridiculous....if you have a choice please do not go here you will be sorry.

Absolutely Horrible experience!!! My 5year old daughter her two front tooth has cavities. I took her to the deland office. It was a female dentist. They didn't let me wait in the room. I had to wait in the waiting area. The first time the nurse took her back, I looked at her tooth, it still had black cavity marks on it, i asked the nurse how come it's still black, she said: oh it's just the black stain, it's normal. 5mins later, the nurse came out told me the dentist was willing to give a second try. The second time the nurse took her back, I looked at it again, the black stain was gone but one of the front teeth was too big on the bottom, it was touching the other teeth, I told the nurse I wanna talk to the dentist, the dentist walked in, before I even said anything,she goes: this is the best I can do! I complained the teeth looked too big to me, she said: the tooth are suppose to touch each other on the bottom, I said it's going to be hard to floss, then she tried to floss it, couldn't get the floss to go inside no matter how she tried. It was like a slap in her own face. Then she tried to grind it down and kept asking me was it good enough? She should have known what is good enough! I felt so bad my poor girl had to go through all that THREE Times !!! Avoid! Avoid!Avoid!!!

Extremely rude, avoid at all cost. if I could put a 0 I would, just like the reviews below...Avoid-avoid-avoid, summer is very unprofessional and very rude wont help you at all...where do they get these people they need to put them in customer service class

I have had nothing but problems scheduling appointments for the orthodontist and the dentist. They have way to many patients to see in a timely fashion. Plus when seeing the Ortho they will see no sooner than 20 min's after your appointment time, even if you show up 20 min's ahead of your appointment time they will still see you 20 min's after your scheduled time. Awful care!!!! You are only a number, go else where
