Last November I had my 6 months cleaning which made it the 2nd time getting them cleaned since Dr. Blocher's departure. Once again it was stressed how I needed my old fillings replaced so I made an appointnent after much hestation to do so. It turned out to be one of the biggest regret I've made. I've been back to Dr Hernandez's office 4 times with tooth pain and extreme Sensitivity. Today I was told I need to have cap done over my #15 in the back left side "you know what I mean" that his catch phrase. Now that's a $456 bill that I feel I wouldn't have if I had just say no to him replacing my filling when I was not having any problems. You live and you learned!oh did I mention they gt do payment plans either. At least you could work with me since your actions set all my discomfort in motion. Life lesson.... If it's not bothering me don't bother it!

If you don't have dental insurance like me this is not the dentist for you unless you are independently wealthy, Dr Blocker's practice was purchased by these people and they insisted I pay off my bill immediately. If I was unable to pay it off immediately I could borrow the money from Care.com which charges 30% interest per year. I have made monthly payments without fail, but was turned into collection because my payment which they continue to take apparently was unacceptable.The biggest problem for me was that I never had a cavity ubtil I met Dr Blocker and every filling he gave me has fallen out except 2. I have spent over $2000 having these teeth removed by a good dentist. I have 2 fillings left and like the others the fillings are coming out a chunk at a time. I explained to the office that I was on disability and was supporting an adult autistic child, but I would continue to pay $25 per month. I was inable to pay them off because I was paying another dentist to remove Dr Blocher's mistakes. After that communication they continued to cash my checks and reported me to a collection agency. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and an attorney all of which could have been avoided. I used to work in a medical office and the doctor always said the people who aknowledged their debt and made regular monthly payments were valuable patients. All this practice is interested in is your money, not you.
