Walmart - Pharmacy

This has got to be the Worst Walmart in the country ! You get No help on the phone except bounced around, they put you on hold and never come back, and you're left with this constant Ring ... ridiculous ���� Also, in store disorganized and terrible customer service!

I have been to this store several times since recently moving to the area, each time hoping the last time was just a one-time bad experience. I give up. I will now drive out of my way for a Walmart store that actually knows what "customer service" means. From the phone operator to the cashiers to the people at customer service itself, they don't have a clue. Incredibly poor 'customer service' skills. Disinterested, rude, no knowledge of their jobs and just plain lazy. I don't know what the hiring and review criteria are for this particular store, but it is not working.

Wish more people were friendly in this store. Not amany employees seem happy to even have a job . I won't come back to this location
