wasted 185.00 $---2 apps had high lights done--1st time missed spots on the back of my hair--Vickie was very distracted and stressed. ok everyone has a bad day--2nd app, 8wks later---root touch-up with high lights---didn't do any of the roots and left the front showing grey--after wash out I mentioned this and she said it would blend,I need to be patient.. I am the last app and they are closing--(daughter had the car pulled up front before my blow dry. again distracted and stressed-very. Vickie charged me 65 $ the last time and now charged 90$ two months later for same, but worse service. ! And please at least dust the shop--dust is thick and over all very messy....

Very friendly staff , owner made me feel like she knew me for years , I was paying top dollar for my hair and was always dissatisfied, I was recommended by one of my colleagues to try this salon , it was the best experience I ever had , color , cut was excellent, I would recommend this place to everyone!! I have been going here for about 4 years for haircuts. The last time I was there I had an appointment with the owner (who was scheduled to cut my hair). As I was walking to the front door from the parking lot, she (Vickie) was walking out the rear door. I told her, see you in a few. I assumed she was stepping out for a cigarette break. (Not the first time this has occurred.) I was 2 or 3 minutes early, so that was fine with me. My name was already on the sign-in sheet when I walked in. It was a warm October day, so both doors of the salon were now propped open. I waited several minutes for the stylist to return, and nothing. When I looked towards the rear of the store I could see that she had taken off in her car and left me waiting! My time is just as valuable as hers, so I left and won't be back. Very unprofessional (lack of) customer service.

this place is awesome. i know when i leave there my hair is going to be perfect EVERYTIME they are customer friendly and i recommend these ladies 100% they care about what you want not just get you in and get out but take their time to get to know you and your style. i can even go in sit down and say do whatever you want and know that i am going to look wonderful.
