DeMarco's Pizza Palace

And the winner for best pizza ever is.... DEMARCO'S!!!!



I live in Windsor and work in Detroit. Almost every day for lunch or on the way home, I stop in for slices or a sub.



They have TWO locations in Dearborn. My older brothers (who all live in Dearborn), have been going there for years, and the pizza never fails to deliver!! They have carry-out or delivery. It's great and delicious, especially on a busy weeknight. They make the drive definitely worth it!! I almost wish I lived closer so I could bring my 9-year old daughter with me every day for lunch. She loves when mommy brings home a pizza from DeMarco's for dinner!!

I have visited both DeMarco locations, in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights. Both have great food and great service! Both places offer halal meats at no extra charge. The only things that aren't available in halal are the steak and ribs.



I usually order a small greek salad and a vegetarian sub. It's always phenominal! It's my family's favorite and we go there at least once a week. Highly recommended!!

I've been visiting the family at DeMarco's since my days at Fordson. Their pizza is the best around. The wings, subs and Ravioli are fantastic. Pizza by the slice, tradition round pizza and they have a Silican style square.



No conveyors either, these guys bake on a real stone hearth.



I highly recommend it. Its the only pizza I'll drive 30 plus minutes for.

DeMarco's recently opened another location in Dearborn Heights on the corner of Ford Rd. and Silvery Lane. They have been open for roughly a week now, and after a very busy day, I decided that it would be nice to just pick up something for dinner. They have a 16 pc chicken meal with a side of rolls, coleslaw, and french fries. Thinking this would EASILY feed a family of four, I placed the order for my family of three. The total was $18 and some change. Once I arrived home and looked at what I had just spent $18 on, I was appalled. They'd given us one roll, and enough coleslaw and fries for maybe two people. Then there was the chicken.



When I hear "16 pcs of chicken", I expect 16 pcs of decent size. They gave us 3 small breasts, and the rest were little tiny pieces of wings and broken up pieces of thighs and legs. The smallest piece was about the size of small pink eraser... And this was supposed to feed my family!?



I will admit, the coleslaw was actually good. Its somewhat like Mr Chicken's coleslaw, if you are familiar with them. But everything else was just a waste of my time to get. This place is half a block from my home, and I am dissapointed that I have wasted the gasoline in my car to go get it.



Hopefully this was just a grand opening snafu, and they will get they're act together. Until then, I do not recommend DeMarco's at all.
