Playland Coin Laundry

Manager so rude the machine left my clothes soak and wet and all she can say was that I should be keeping up with it.

The washers wouldn't drain my soap down in all three of my washers the stupid lady working there pored a bucket of water in the top to get the soap to wash down then my big 4.75 load did the same but the wash cycle was finished and the soap never went down...she told me there was nothing she could do I asked her to compensate and put the clothes in another washer she told me NO! I'm calling The better business Burea! You cant do that. Also it wouldn't hurt to put some signs in English since that's the common language spoken in this country. TERRIBLE!!!!!

I told her that one washer that I used didn't have hardly any water she said I've had that same complain but she said it should wash good... How is it gonna wash good if it has no water ?? Come on!!

She didn't want to give me credit for the washer ... I had to rewash in another washer out of my own pocket , but i will never go there again!!!
