We've been renting through this business for 6 years and it's been a complete disaster from plumbing backed up in house to not having air during the summer time with a new born for a few weeks. Now I have several work orders and I'm being told due to the pandemic they've been running slower and emergencies are handled first. That is ridiculous I would understand if it was right when everything happened but it's not.. I've submitted several work orders and it's been 3 weeks since I've herd from anyone, this is not the first time either.
