My Mercedes broke down while I was at work at SONY Studio, I ask my co worker if they recommend any Mercedes repair shop in the area,they said go to Mercedes repair in Culver City which I did call and ask about their specialty which I was confindence with the reply. I call AAA for towing and later I received on my E-mail all the report and estimate what my car needs. I was impressed with the quality and proffessional communication. I did gave them the approval and got my car back washed without any hidden surprises, Honesty and service like the Mercedes dealer do but for less cost. thank you..

Great experience with BMW MINI Repair. My BMW 325i warranty recently expired, I needed new brake pads and rotors. I had no idea where to go...all I know is that I was never, ever returning to Santa Monica BMW, which used, abused and cheated me for 3 years. I called several different places and felt very comfortable with these guys on the phone. They are friendly, honest, Professional,Factory Trained and all the Factory tools and Computer Scanner,quick and explain everything. My brakes were fixed in less than 24 hours, and my car washed when I picked it up (Santa Monica BMW used to return my car dirtier than I left it!. I am very pleased with the reasonable pricing 25 % less than BMW dealer. The friendly and quality service I received. Thanks I will be back!

Autotech is by far the best place to take your car. I have shopped around and been to many other German auto repair places but my search is over.. This will be my car shop for life. The owner, Ronny is extremely knowledge, professional, honest, friendly and just a great person. From the minute you walk in you know your car is in good hands. I have never trusted an auto shop as much as I trust Autotech. My first experience with Autotech was just an oil change and service but Ronny took his time and discussed some concerns I was having about my Mercedes It was very clear that he knew his stuff! When I came back they had also replaced my rear tail light.. complementary. I then I took my car back to having the engine mounts worked on. They did a great job, had it done on time and it came in UNDER what they quoted me... I am extremely picky about my car (some might say paranoid) but Ronny has never been too busy to look at even the small stuff. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place... I would give them 20 stars if I could. The shop is always tidy and clean and most importantly THEY REALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU. I simply can't recommend them enough.. TRUST ME... Autotech place is the absolute best!!!
